Marvel Studios revealed a lot during their panel in Hall-H at San Diego Comic-Con. While giving a first look at Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, it also included Kang the Conqueror, MODOK, and Bill Murray.
The footage that was shown during the panel has yet to be released to the public. Despite that, there was still a lot of information about Phase 5 for the MCU, which will begin with the new Ant-Man film.
The footage began with Scott Lang doing a book reading at a store for his new memoir ‘Look Out for the Little Guy.” His daughter, Cassie, calls his phone and informs him that she is in jail. The events lead them to the Quantum Realm, and we catch a glimpse of Bill Murray, the face of MODOK, and the first look at Kang the Conqueror.
Marvel also shared an official plot synopsis for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania:
“Superhero partners Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and The Wasp,” the official description reads. “Together, with Hope’s parents Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer), the family finds themselves exploring the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new creatures and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond the limits of what they thought was possible.”
The third Ant-Man movie will be released on February 17, 2023.
