Zach Cregger’s Barbarian just released, and it has been a smash hit with critics and audiences alike.
Cregger, who is best known for being a founding member of The Whitest Kids U’Know, has had a successful career as a comedian. His break into horror includes some of his comedic routes, while providing plenty of scares.
Cregger is not done with horror, according to Bloody Disgusting’s The Boo Crew Podcast.
“I’m writing a horror [movie] right now. It’s way more ambitious than Barbarian. It’s way weirder… and I don’t know if I’m gonna pull it off. It’s a really difficult script. I’m like 65 pages in. I know how it ends; I just can’t get the beginning to link up to the ending. So, I don’t know if I’m gonna pull it off or not.”

If Cregger’s next film is anything like Barbarian, it should be awesome! Barbarian is currently playing theatrically. The film stars Georgina Campbell, Bill Skarsgård, and Justin Long.
