If you haven’t heard already SXSW is starting this weekend and the festivities always bring some amazing vibes to Austin. One of the more exciting events we have on our list will be Amazon Prime’s pop up for Swarm. The pop up will be at The Austin Motel and will include many goodies to check out.

Guests will receive custom cash to purchase their favorite snacks and refreshments off the shelves and stocked refrigerators, as well as exclusive, screen-printed t-shirts. All of Dre’s favorite junk food snacks and drinks with Swarm-branded souvenir cups will be available for them to snag. The activation will be open to the public from March 10 through March 11, at the lobby of The Austin Motel.

Activation hours of the pop-up at The Austin Motel include:

·       Friday, March 10 from 12PM – 3PM

·       Saturday, March 11 from 12PM – 5PM

What is Swarm?

Swarm is the highly anticipated show coming to Amazon Prime on March 17th which comes from Donald Glover and Janine Nabers. The show follows Dre who sets off on a cross-country trip that goes all off the rails with guest stars including Chloe Bailey, Damson Idris, Khalid, and many more. Swarm is on the top of our list for shows to check out as well and will also have two episodes premiering on Friday March 10th at SXSW.

We definitely will be checking out the pop up event which is set to be transformed into a gas station/mini mart like the one we see Dre at in the show. There will also be photo moments, guests will also receive custom cash to purchase their favorite snacks and refreshments ,as well as exclusive, screen-printed t-shirts. All of Dre’s favorite junk food snacks and drinks with Swarm-branded souvenir cups will be available for them to snag. While checking out, visitors can watch never-before-seen clips of the series on the surveillance monitors and will be given a lottery ticket for a chance to win various prizes, including a Swarm branded-bucket hat like Dre’s in the show.
