Houston’s Comicpalooza is fast approaching, and I’m excited to check out everything it has to offer this year.

I’m a huge fan of Amazon Prime Video’s The Boys, so I was thrilled when the celebrity lineup was announced. For fans of the series, you will be excited to hear that some of its stars will be in attendance: Antony Starr, Karl Urban, and Jack Quaid.

If you’re a fan of the show, you know that the three actors play iconic roles. Starr plays Homelander, Urban is Billy Butcher, and Quaid plays Hughie Campbell. However, the three actors also are involved in many other great films and shows.

Urban has played as Éomer in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Judge Dredd in Dredd (2012), and Skurge in Thor: Ragnarok (2017). Quaid starred in Scream (2022), and will next be seen in Christopher Nolan’s, Oppenheimer. Starr can be seen opposite of Jake Gyllenhaal in Guy Ritchie’s, The Convenant.

If you’re fans of the three, Comicpalooza offers different packages for photographs and autographs, which range from $80-$230. You can take a picture with Homelander himself, or even get a picture with all three! Make sure to bring along some of your favorite The Boys merch to get signed.

Comicpalooza has a lot more to offer beyond these guests appearances including: panels, special attractions, a cosplay competition, retro gaming, and plenty of shopping with artist vendors.
