Fantastic Fest is right around the corner, with the announcement of their film lineup just the other day. The festival will open with the world premiere of The Toxic Avenger, a remake of the 1984 film of the same name and the fifth installment in The Toxic Avenger film series.

It is written and directed by Macon Blair. The film has a star-studded cast that includes Peter Dinklage, Jacob Tremblay, Taylour Paige, Julia Davis, Jonny Coyne with Elijah Wood and Kevin Bacon.
