Lionsgate recently acquired worldwide rights to the Blumhouse horror movie Imaginary, and the trailer for the movie is attached to Five Nights at Freddy’s – only in theaters.
The upcoming film also has a new release date of March 8, 2024. It was originally set to release February 2.
Blumhouse’s Jason Blum will produce, with Jeff Wadlow (Cry Wolf, Kick-Ass 2, Truth or Dare, Fantasy Island, The Curse of Bridge Hollow) producing and directing. Ryan Turek will Executive Produce Wadlow’s Imaginary. The screenplay is by Jeff Wadlow, Greg Erb, Jason Oremland, and Bryce McGuire.
The cast includes Veronica Falcón, Betty Buckley, and
Dane DiLiegro according to IMDb.
Here’s the synopsis: “A woman returns to her childhood home to discover that the imaginary friend she left behind is very real and unhappy that she abandoned him.”
