In a Violent Nature has released its first teaser trailer for the new slasher that will change everything. We got a chance to watch the film at Sundance this year and really enjoyed the new approach. The film takes what we know of the slasher genre but decides to tell the story through the killer’s perspective. It’s an interesting approach and the way it executed results in a distinct and scary outcome. Check out our full review here!

We recently got a teaser that showcases some reactions from Sundance but also shows the killer Johnny. In the teaser you can see the killer has a distinct weapon in the form of hooks. I can’t say much about what happens with those hooks, but I promise you won’t believe it. The film will release theatrically through IFC before coming to streaming via Shudder later this year.

Chris Nash wrote and directed In a Violent Nature. Ry Barrett, Andrea Pavlovic, Cameron Love, Reece Presley, Liam Leone, Charlotte Creaghan, Lea Rose Sebastianis, Sam Roulston, Alexander Oliver, and Lauren Taylor star in the slasher film.
