The Sons of the Forest version 1.0 trailer is out, showing more gameplay and what players can expect in the upcoming game. The game is from the makers of The Forest, another survival horror game.

In the game, you’re “Sent to find a missing billionaire on a remote island, you find yourself in a cannibal-infested hellscape. Craft, build, and struggle to survive, alone or with friends, in this terrifying new open-world survival horror simulator.”

The game is a horror survival simulator, where you fight demons, build and craft, all within a world that features changing seasons. There is the option to survive by yourself or with friends, with co-op gameplay.

The Sons of the Forest version 1.0 release date is February 22, 2024. The game is currently available to play in Steam Early Access.
