A teaser trailer for Bambi: The Reckoning has arrived, which is part of the “Twisted Childhood Universe,” dubbed the Poohniverse. The Poohniverse features Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare and Pinocchio Unstrung and will introduce new characters such as Sleeping Beauty, The Mad Hatter, and Rabbit from Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood and Honey. We will eventually see these characters in Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble which will release sometime in 2025.

Roxanne McKee (Wrong Turn 5) stars in Bambi: The Reckoning, alongside Nicola Wright and Tom Mulheron. Samira Mighty (Beauty and the Beast) will also appear in the upcoming horror movie.

The film follows “Xana (Roxanne McKee) and her son Benji (Tom Mulheron) who find themselves in a car wreck and soon hunted down by the vicious killing machine, Bambi.”

From ITN Studios and Jagged Edge Productions, Bambi: The Reckoning is written by Rhys Warrington, and directed by Dan Allen (Unhinged). It is produced by Scott Jeffrey and Rhys Frake-Waterfield under Jagged Edge Productions (Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey) with ITN Studios handling sales.

Bambi: The Reckoning has a planned Fall 2024 release.
