Zach Cregger’s (Barbarian) next film, Weapons has will release theatrically January 16, 2026.

The cast of the film includes Josh Brolin (Dune 2), Julia Garner (The Royal Hotel), Alden Ehrenreich (Cocaine Bear), Benedict Wong (3 Body Problem), Amy Madigan (Antlers), Austin Abrams (Euphoria), and Cary Christopher (Days of Our Lives) all recently joined the film’s cast.

Weapons is the next horror movie from New Line Cinema and director and writer Zach Cregger (Barbarian). Cregger will also produce alongside Roy Lee of Vertigo and J.D. Lifshitz and Raphael Margules of BoulderLight Pictures. Vertigo’s Miri Yoon also produces.

Weapons will be distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures.
