Rian Johnson’s Knives Out will have a third film coming to Netflix 2025. The film’s official title is, Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery.

Rian Johnson is back to write and direct the third film. Daniel Craig returns as Benoit Blanc, in a film that will be “Benoit Blanc’s most dangerous case yet.”

In a post on X Johnson had this to say about the film, “I love everything about whodunnits, but one of the things I love most is how malleable the genre is. There’s a whole tonal spectrum from Carr to Christie and getting to explore that range is one of the most exciting things about making Benoit Blanc movies.”

“We’re about to go into production on the 3rd one, and I’m very, very excited to share the title, which gives a little hint of where it’s going.” Check out said title reveal video down below.
