The official trailer for FX’s critically acclaimed series The Bear Season 3 is out. This new trailer introduces “non-negotiables,” which according to Jeremy Allen White’s character Carmy, is “how restaurants at the highest level operate.” We also see some more of Carmy’s love interest, Claire (Molly Gordon), but Carmy apparently tells her he “couldn’t waste time.” It also seems like Carmy and Sydney (Ayo Edebiri) will enter some sort of “partnership agreement.” Just like prior seasons, this season looks like it’s going to be packed with a lot of drama.

The Bear is about food, family and the insanity of the grind. It’s a losing battle every day in the restaurant business, and as Carmy pushes himself harder than ever and demands excellence from his crew, they do their best to match his intensity. Their quest for culinary excellence propels them to new levels and stresses the bonds that hold the restaurant together.

It stars Jeremy Allen White, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Ayo Edebiri, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Abby Elliott and Matty Matheson.
