A24’s Midsommar will have a special screening on June 20. The special screening will include the director’s cut in IMAX.

In the film, “A couple travel to Sweden to visit their friend’s rural hometown for its fabled midsummer festival, but what begins as an idyllic retreat quickly devolves into an increasingly violent and bizarre competition at the hands of a pagan cult.”

Written and directed by Ari Aster. It stars Florence Pugh and Jack Reynor. Supporting actors include William Jackson Harper, Vilhelm Blomgren, Ellora Torchia, Archie Madekwe and Will Poulter.
