Konami brought its remake of Silent Hill 2 to PlayStation’s May 2024 State of Play.

In the trailer, we see updated versions of James and Angela. We also get some glimpses of how the game will play, with some truly creepy shots. The remakes story will remain the same based on the original.

In the game, “Investigating a letter from his late wife, James returns to where they made so many memories – Silent Hill. What he finds is a ghost town, prowled by disturbing monsters and cloaked in deep fog. Confront the monsters, solve puzzles, and search for traces of your wife in this remake of SILENT HILL 2.”

The game will release October 8.
