A24’s X is re-releasing in theaters June 18. This one-night only event will feature a sneak peek of MaXXXine, ahead of its July 5 release. MaXXXine follows up on Pearl, wrapping up the X trilogy.

West wrote and directed X, which released in 2022.  It stars Mia Goth in dual roles: Maxine and Pearl. The film also stars Jenna Ortega, Martin Henderson, Brittany Snow, Owen Campbell, Stephen Ure and Scott Mescudi. In the film, “A group of actors sets out to make an adult film in rural Texas under the noses of their reclusive hosts, but when the elderly couple catches their young guests in the act, the cast finds themselves in a desperate fight for their lives.”

Ti West wrote and directed MaXXXine. The film stars Mia Goth, Elizabeth Debicki ((Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3.), Moses Sumney (The Idol), Michelle Monaghan (Nanny), Bobby Cannavale (The Watcher), Lily Collins (Emily in Paris), Halsey (Americana), Giancarlo Esposito (Better Call Saul) and Kevin Bacon (City on a Hill). Set in 1980s Hollywood, the film follows, “…adult film star and aspiring actress Maxine Minx finally gets her big break. However, as a mysterious killer stalks the starlets of Los Angeles, a trail of blood threatens to reveal her sinister past.”
