Lionsgate is moving quickly on The Strangers trilogy, with the first image for The Strangers: Chapter 2 out.

The Strangers: Chapter 2 has a planned release date set for later this year and Chapter 3 set for 2025. Renny Harlin (A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master, Deep Blue Sea) returns to direct Chapter 2 and Chapter 3.

The first image from the sequel shows Chapter 1 star Madelaine Petsch. In The Strangers: Chapter 1, “After their car breaks down in an eerie small town, a young couple are forced to spend the night in a remote cabin. Panic ensues as they are terrorized by three masked strangers who strike with no mercy and seemingly no motive.”
