Xbox Showcase kicked off this weekend and with ana amazing showcase of new games coming IGN sat with Phil Spencer. Spencer talks about the announcements and also offered insight into the future. The talk then turned into what could XBOX handheld look like and Spencer offered a bit of insight of what that could be. The CEO went on to say that XBOX handheld would be something that could be played locally without the need to connect to wi-fi or the system. Check out the video below for more!
