A new Saw sequel Saw XI is coming Halloween 2025.

Saw X director Kevin Greutert returning to direct the upcoming Saw XI. Marcus Dunstan (The Collector, All My Friends Are Dead) is co-writing the script.

In an interview with Screen Rant, teased that they are currently writing the film. He continues by saying that the film has, “something new to say, and it’s angry.”

In Saw X, “Hoping for a miraculous cure, John Kramer travels to Mexico for a risky and experimental medical procedure, only to discover the entire operation is a scam to defraud the most vulnerable. Armed with a newfound purpose, the infamous serial killer uses deranged and ingenious traps to turn the tables on the con artists.”

It’ll be interesting to see where they take Saw XI, since it isn’t clear whether or not this will be a direct sequel or see a jump in time. Check out our ending explained video on Saw X here, if you need a refresher.
