Red Barrels shared that a new villain is coming to The Outlast Trials, Franco “Il Bambino” Barbi.

The new villain is described as, “the outcast son of a Mafia Don, a perverse, gun-wielding man-child, will be a deadly addition to the Outlast family.” For now, there is a teaser trailer, however, we should get new details on the newest villain sometime today.
