Spooky Pictures and Image Nation Abu Dhabi, the production companies behind Watcher and Late Night with the Devil, are back with a new horror, Archangel, according to THR.

Additionally, the film’s star was also announced, Conor Leslie (Titans). The film will mark the directorial debut of Bryan Edward Hill (writer and producer on Titans).

Archangel centers on a privately funded organization researching the possibility of life after death. It is targeted by an ancient entity that wants to keep mankind from understanding the true nature of the supernatural.

Along with Leslie, the cast also includes Greg Hovanessian (Cardinal), and Alyshia Ochse (True Detective), Azure Parsons (The Astronauts Wives Club) and Trevor Riley (Animal Kingdom).

The first-look will be shown at San Diego Comic-Con, as part of the panel “Image Nation and Spooky Pictures Presents: Murder in the Next Row – The Future of Horror Unveiled,” and will be held Thursday at 1:00 PM in room 9 of the San Diego Convention Center.
