A24 is keeping the horror films coming, and up next is Altar. The studio is teaming up with Chernin Entertainment for the new film. Variety shared more about the film today, along with the film’s cast.

Altar will be directed by Egor Abramenko (Sputnik), and is written by Will Soodik (Westworld), based on a short story by Philip Fracassi. The film will star Lily Collias (Good One) and Hudson Behling. Additional cast members include January Jones (Mad Men), David Krumholtz (Oppenheimer) and Kyle MacLachlan (Fallout.)

Plot details are being kept under wraps, but it is described as “a horror film that follows the summer of a young boy, forced to grow up faster than he ever imagined.”
