Alejandro G. Iñárritu‘s (The Revenant, Birdman) film starring Tom Cruise has assembled an all-star cast Deadline reports today.

Joining Cruise are Sandra Hüller (Anatomy of a Fall), Riz Ahmed (The Long Goodbye, Sound of Metal), John Goodman (Argo, The Big Lebowski, 10 Cloverfield Lane), Michael Stuhlbarg (Dopesick, The Looming Tower), Jesse Plemons (Kinds of Kindness, Killers of the Flower Moon) and Sophie Wilde (Talk to Me, Everything Now). The untitled film for Warner Bros and Legendary Entertainment was first announced back in February.

Iñàrritu co-wrote the screenplay with Sabina Berman, Alexander Dinelaris and Nicolas Giacobone. 

The logline centers on the most powerful man in the world, who embarks on a frantic mission to prove he is humanity’s savior before the disaster he’s unleashed destroys everything.
