The next Evil Dead film, Evil Dead Burn has a release date set for 2026. The news of the film’s title and release date were shared by the director, Sébastien Vaniček (Infested).

Based on The Evil Dead by Sam Raimi, Evil Dead Burn is being directed by Sébastien Vaniček, who co-wrote the screenplay with Florent Bernard.

“I told the studio that I wanted to make a nasty film, a film that hurts, from which you come away tested,” Vaniček told Konbini, speaking about his Evil Dead project. “I’m going to put all the horror I have inside, it will be cathartic, and if I haven’t ruined my career and I can continue to make films behind it, I will move on to something other than horror!”
