A24 has set a release date for their film, Marty Supreme. The 1950s ping-pong ball champ movie starring Timothée Chalamet is set to release Christmas 2025.

The film is directed by Josh Safdie, which he co-wrote with Ronald Bronstein. Alongside Chalamet, Gwyneth Paltrow, Tyler the Creator, Fran Drescher, Penn Jillette, Odessa A’zion, Kevin O’Leary, Abel Ferrera and Sandra Bernard also star. The film’s producers are Producers on it are Eli Bush, Anthony Katagas, Bronstein, Safdie, Chalamet and A24.

The film is loosely based on ping-pong player Marty Reisman and is described as a mix between Wolf of Wall Street and Catch Me If You Can.
