Golden Globe nominee Dennis Haysbert (24, The Unit) has been cast in a supporting role in Sam Raimi‘s the survival horror thriller for 20th Century Studios, Send Help, per Deadline.

Haysbert joins previously announced, Rachel McAdams, Dylan O’Brien, and Chris Pang.

The 20th Century Studios project, “is a survival horror thriller about two colleagues (O’Brien and McAdams) who become stranded on a deserted island, the only survivors of a plane crash. On the island, they must overcome past grievances and work together to survive, but ultimately, it’s a battle of wills and wits to make it out alive.”

Damian Shannon & Mark Swift (Freddy vs. Jason, Friday the 13th 2009) wrote the screenplay. Raimi will produce alongside Zainab Azizi under Raimi Productions.
