HBO today announced that Season 2 of The Last of Us will release on April 13. New character posters also dropped, which you can check out below.

Returning cast includes Pedro Pascal as Joel and Bella Ramsey and Ellie.

New cast members this season include Kaitlyn Dever as Abby, Isabela Merced as Dina, Young Mazino as Jesse, Ariela Barer as Mel, Tati Gabrielle as Nora, Spencer Lord as Owen, and Danny Ramirez as Manny. Catherine O’Hara will also guest star in an undisclosed role. Jeffrey Wright will reprise his The Last of Us: Part II role as Issac, the ruthless leader of the Washington Liberation, a Seattle-based faction.

The Last of Us is written and executive produced by Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann, who co-created the video game series. Both have also directed episodes of the show and will do so again in Season 2.
