SXSW is filled with so many great and wonderful experiences each year. There’s just so much happening throughout the city but sometimes it can get overwhelming. We always find ourselves needing to detach and head somewhere to just relax for a bit. This year that came in the form on Holey Moley in Austin. I was aware of Holey Moley but hadn’t quite taken it all in until this year. We were lucky enough to get the opportunity to come by and relish in all it had to offer. The team provided us with a chance to try out some of the delicious food and enjoy some mini golf. Check out the amazing food below!

Of course after all that delicious food and cold drinks for the Austin heat it was time to go play some mini golf! We never had played mini golf at Holey Moley and were not aware of the amazing system they have in place. You get your own time to go into each of the three zones they have. All of this ensured that the areas weren’t congested with players and gave you some time to relax in between. This let us enjoy the beautiful patio as well as the retro arcade they also had in the building. Check out some of the other amenities they have including a karaoke room.

The golf courses were pretty dope and a lot were inspired by different eras. All of the nostalgia that was provided made it such a unique experience as well. It’s the movie references that really got to me as a huge movie buff. You don’t just get random mini golf courses but actually something that feels so immersive throughout.

Holey Moley truly provided the needed break we needed from the SXSW mania. Amazing food that hit the spot after walking around for events and cold beverages for that Texas heat. The mini golf and other activities throughout were a ton of fun. Holey Moley definitely is my go to when I’m just needing to kick back and take some time off.
