Apple TV+ has landed The Dealer, a Media Res drama starring Oscar winner Jessica Chastain and Oscar nominee Adam Driver, per Deadline.

The series is directed by Sam Gold and written by Lucas Hnath.

It is described “as a biting exploration of power, class, seduction and culture set inside the glittering world of the high-end art market, told through the eyes of an aspiring super gallerist, played by Jessica Chastain, and the tangled relationship with her most gifted and unnerving artist, played by Adam Driver.”

Gold, Hnath and Sarah Lunnie executive produce. Additional executive producers are Michael Ellenberg and Lindsey Springer for Media Res, Chastain and Kelly Carmichael for Freckle Films, Driver and Alan Poul (Six Feet Under). Arianna Anderson will serve as co-executive producer.
