Place to Be has added Maika Monroe (Longlegs). Monroe’s role is under wraps, Deadline reports.

The film is directed by Kornél Mundruczó (White God, Pieces of a Woman) and written by Kata Wéber (Pieces Of A Woman, White God).

Ellen Burstyn and Taika Waititi lead the film. Additional cast include Murray Bartlett, Pamela Anderson, Edgar Ramírez, and Lena Waithe.

The film follows the unlikely friendship between no-nonsense Brooke and discombobulated divorcee Nelson, played by Taika Waititi, as they travel from Chicago to New York to return a lost racing pigeon.
