A series adaptation of the Skybound comic book, Stillwater, by Chip Zdarsky and Ramon K. Perez, is in the works at Amazon.

Greg Berlanti (Superman & Lois) and Carly Wray (The Leftoevers, Watchmen) serve as writers and executive producers on the horror thriller.

The official logline for the show states, “When ex-con Daniel West receives a mysterious letter promising answers about his past and a substantial inheritance in the small town of Stillwater, he discovers a community where nothing ever ages, no one ever dies, and nobody ever gets out.”

Executive producing for Skybound Entertainment are Robert Kirkman, David Alpert, Rick Jacobs, Glenn Geller, and Zdarsky. Sarah Schechter and Leigh London Redman will executive producer for Berlanti Producitons, with Robbie Rogers and Jonathan Gabay also executive producing. WBTV, where Wray is also under an overall deal, is the studio.
