GTA 6 is due to be the eighth main Grand Theft Auto game, following Grand Theft Auto V, and the sixteenth entry overall. It has been over ten years in the making, so the anticipation for this next addition to the franchise has been overwhelming.

GTA 6 is set to release May 26, 2026.
