Jason Segel and Samara Weaving star in Over Your Dead Body, which has been acquired by IFC for the U.S.

Over Your Dead Body follows a dysfunctional couple (Segel and Weaving) who head to a remote cabin to supposedly reconnect, but each has secret plans to kill the other.

The cast also includes Timothy Olyphant, Juliette Lewis, Paul Guilfoyle, and Keith Jardine.

Directed by Jorma Taccone and written by Nick Kocher and Brian McElhaney, it is adapted from the acclaimed Norwegian cult thriller I Onde Dager.

The film is produced by 87North’s Kelly McCormick and David Leitch (The Fall Guy, Bullet Train); XYZ Films’ Guy Danella (Violent Night, Love Hurts), Nick Spicer, abd Aram Tertzakian; and Resolute Films’ Lee Kim (Dual, Get Away). Taccone, Tommy Wirkola, Nate Bolotin, Maxime Cottray, Timo Argillander, Andrea Scarso, Kjetil Omberg and Jorgen Storm Rosenberg served as EPs, with Karen Gillan as co-producer.
