Oscar winner Kenneth Branagh has joined the cast of 20th Century Studios’ The Devil Wears Prada 2.

Branagh will play the husband to Streep’s, Miranda Priestly. He joins returning cast Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci.

The sequel is reportedly about Priestly facing the headwind decline of the print industry.

Aline Bros McKenna, the writer who adpated the first movie, is back along with the original film’s director David Frankel.
