Marvel and Sony’s upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day celebrates Spider-Man Day (August 1) with a new teaser video.
A nine-second video shows a close-up of Spider-Man’s suit with the caption “something brand new is coming.”
The upcoming film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton from a screenplay by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers.
It will see the return of Tom Holland who plays the titular character, Zendaya, who plays Peter Parker’s girlfriend M.J. Jones-Watson, and Jacob Batalon, who’s his best friend Ned Leeds. There are some major additions to the cast as well, like Jon Bernthal, who plays Punisher.
Liza Colón-Zayas (“The Bear”) is also joining the cast, as is Sadie Sink (“Stranger Things”).
Spider-Man: Brand New Day releases in theaters July 31, 2026.
