Paul Dano is set to star in A24’s The Chaperones.

He’s joining previously announced Cooper Hoffman and David Jonsson. Hoffman and Jonsson both recently starred in The Long Walk.

This film is set days after Christmas and follows three slacker friends who are hired to transport a troubled teen across the country. 

India Donaldson (Good One) directs from a screenplay by Sebastian Black.

Robert Pattinson’s production company Icki Eneo Arlo and Brad Pitt’s production company Plan B will serve as producers on the film. Adam Wyatt Tate will executive produce.
