A24 has released the trailer for Josh Safdie‘s ping pong drama Marty Supreme, which stars Timothée Chalamet.

The film tells the story of Marty Mauser (Chalamet), a young man with a dream no one respects, who goes to hell and back in pursuit of greatness.

Gwyneth Paltrow, Odessa A’Zion, Kevin O’Leary, Tyler Okonma (aka Tyler, the Creator), Abel Ferrara and Fran Drescher round out the cast.

Safdie directed from a script written with Ronald Bronstein, with the pair producing alongside Eli Bush, Anthony Katagas, Chalamet and A24.

In theaters December 25.
