Electronic duo Boy Harsher make their feature directorial debut with The Lonely Woman. FKA twigs (The Crow) and Chloë Sevigny (Lizzie) will star.

The Lonely Woman is described as “a bleak, sensual and atmospheric horror-thriller.”

Set in rural New England, The Lonely Woman follows a woman marked by her first love’s death in a mountain tunnel. Drawn into the mystery of a new disappearance, she finds herself confronting a seductive and terrifying presence buried beneath the town.

Sturgill Simpson, Will Oldham, Jake Weary and Spenser Granese also star.

The film is written and directed by Boy Harsher (Augustus Muller & Jae Matthews), and will also feature an electronic synth score from the duo.
