Jason Segel (“Shrinking”) and Samara Weaving (Ready or Not) star in Over Your Dead Body, a remake of the 2021 Norwegian film The Trip.

Segel and Weaving play a dysfunctional couple who head to a remote cabin to supposedly reconnect, but each has secret plans to kill the other.

The Lonley Island’s Jorma Taccone (Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping, MacGruber) directs from a script by fellow “Saturday Night Live” alumni Nick Kocher and Brian McElhaney.

Timothy Olyphant (“Alien: Earth”), Paul Guilfoyle (“CSI: Crime Scene Investigation”), Keith Jardine (Love Lies Bleeding), and Juliette Lewis (“Yellowjackets”) also star.

The film will premiere at SXSW next month before opening in theaters on April 24 via Independent Film Company.
