The new trailer for Dynasty: The Murdochs, Netflix’s upcoming four-part documentary series is here.
Here’s the synopsis: “Dynasty: The Murdochs offers an unprecedented look at one the world’s most powerful families at a crossroads, as its patriarch, Rupert Murdoch, makes one last play to ensure his legacy at all costs. Drawing on thousands of pages of documents, emails, and text messages that have never before been seen on television, this limited series exposes the private machinations of a family torn apart by power, politics, and a desperate desire for their father’s love. While Rupert Murdoch has spent over 80 years building an empire that shapes governments and democracies, the series poses the ultimate question: Is a dynasty a family or a business? For the Murdochs, the two have never been separate.”
The four hourlong episodes are directed by Liz Garbus, with Sara Enright co-directing the final episode. Executive Producers are Enright, Dan Cogan, Garbus, Jon Bardin and Mala Chapple. Production company is Story Syndicate.
The series will premiere March 13 on Netflix.
