The Housemaid’s Secret will hit theaters on December 17, 2027.

Sydney Sweeney will reprise her role as Millie, starring opposite Kirsten Dunst. Michele Morrone also returns as Enzo.

In The Housemaid’s Secret, Sweeney’s character Millie returns, this time taking a job keeping house for a woman she’s never allowed to see—only to discover the truth behind the locked door that threatens to expose secrets far darker than her own.

Paul Feig is once again directing.

Screenwriter Rebecca Sonnenshine, who adapted the first book, will also return to write The Housemaid’s Secret, based on the bestselling novel by Freida McFadden.

In The Housemaid, Millie, trying to escape her past, accepts a position as a live-in housemaid for a wealthy family. But what begins as a dream job quickly unravels into something far more dangerous — a sexy, seductive game of secrets, scandal, and power.
