A24 has released the second trailer for Mother Mary starring Anne Hathaway.

David Lowery (The Green Knight, A Ghost Story) writes and directs.

In the film, long-buried wounds rise to the surface when iconic pop star Mother Mary (Hathaway) reunites with her estranged best friend and former costume designer Sam Anselm (Coel) on the eve of her comeback performance.

Michaela Coel, Hunter Schafer, Atheena Frizzell, Kaia Gerber, Jessica Brown Findlay, Alba Baptista, Isaura Barbé-Brown, Sian Clifford, and FKA Twigs round out the cast.

The movie features original songs by Jack Antonoff, Charli xcx, and FKA Twigs.

The film opens in New York and Los Angeles on April 17 before hitting theaters nationwide on April 24.
