Aaron Taylor-Johnson has joined the all-star cast of Robert Eggers’ highly anticipated Nosferatu movie, which is currently in production in Prague and set to be distributed by Focus Features domestically and Universal Pictures International internationally. The film has been on and off with casting but has seem to found its footing

.The ensemble cast also features Simon McBurney, Ralph Ineson, Lily-Rose Depp, Bill Skarsgard, Nicholas Hoult, Willem Dafoe, and Emma Corrin. It’s definitely a stacked cast and has us excited just as Eggers The Northman did this year.

Eggers is both writing and directing the film. The reimagined Nosferatu film centers around a gothic tale of a haunted young woman (played by Lily-Rose Depp) in 19th century Germany and her dangerous obsession with an ancient Transylvanian vampire (played by Bill Skarsgard). We cannot wait to see the dark adaptation that Eggers will bring.
