A remake of Veronika Franz and Severin Fiala’s 2014 horror movie Goodnight Mommy is on the way from Prime Video, and the official trailer has been released.

Directed by Matt Sobel and written by Kyle Warren. The film stars Naomi Watts, Cameron Crovetti, and Nicholas Crovetti. Peter Hermann, Jeremy Bobb, and Crystal Lucas-Perry also star. Watts will also executive produce the English-language remake of the Austrian film. Original filmmakers Severin Fiala and Veronika Franz are also on board as executive producers.

The trailer begins with the twin boys welcoming back their mother. Their mother begins displaying odd behavior, and emphasizes to the boys that, “The barn and my bedroom are off limits.” We then see the boys questioning who their mother really is, saying, “I don’t think that’s our mother.”

Goodnight Mommy releases September 16.
