Hulu released the official trailer for their Hellraiser reboot.

Based on Clive Barker’s 1987 film of the same name, it follows Riley as she confronts the forces behind a puzzle box responsible for her brother’s disappearance.

The new trailer starts with a shot of the puzzle box at the center of the film. Mr. Voight encourages Joey to interact with the box, encouraging Joey to continue solving the puzzle. Joey asks if he gets a prize for solving the puzzle, and Mr. Voight menacingly says, “I do.”

It then cuts to scenes of Riley investigating the box, saying, “they come to collect.” We are then confronted with scenes of the Cenobites, including a new addition, known as The Masque. Pinhead is also shown, and we finally hear Pinhead’s extremely creepy voice saying, “their blood, their pain…all for us.”

Hellraiser is directed by David Bruckner, with screenplay by Ben Collins and Luke Piotrowski. It stars Jamie Clayton (Pinhead), and Odessa A’Zion (Riley). Additional cast include Brandon Flynn, Drew Starkey, Goran Visnjic, Aoife Hinds, Selina Lo, Adam Faison, and Hiam Abbass.

Hellraiser releases on Hulu October 4, 2022.
