Rhea Seehorn to Star in Vince Gilligan’s Next Series

Rhea Seehorn, who played Kim Wexler in Better Call Saul is set to star in Vince Gilligan’s newest series coming to Apple TV+. Apple currently calls the new series the “Untitled Vince Gilligan Project.” It is a two-season straight-to-series order.

Plot details are being kept under wraps, but it is described as a blended, grounded genre drama.

“After fifteen years, I figured it was time to take a break from writing antiheroes… and who’s more heroic than the brilliant Rhea Seehorn?” Gilligan said in a statement. “It’s long past time she had her own show, and I feel lucky to get to work on it with her.”

Gilligan created the show and serves as executive producer. Jeff Frost and Diane Mercer will also executive produce. Jenn Carroll will produce. Sony Pictures Television is the studio behind the series. 

Seehorn recently earned an Emmy nomination for role as Wexler in Better Call Saul. Her other credits include Veep, Franklin and Bash, and Whitney.
