A24 has been the lead indie studio to watch lately with its releases. The company is just coming off the highly successful Talk To Me and also has some highly anticipated titles like Maxxxine. We got the first look today at one of their next films which just catapulted to one of my most anticipated. The film is called Dream Scenario and stars Nicolas Cage as a professor that becomes the talk of the town.

The film is directed by Kristoffer Borgli (Sick of Myself), A24’s Dream Scenario will release in theaters on November 10, 2023. The news was first reported by Deadline today. We have an official synopsis below as well as a first look.

“A hapless family man Paul Matthews (Cage) finds his life turned upside down when millions of strangers suddenly start seeing him in their dreams. But when his nighttime appearances take a nightmarish turn, Paul is forced to navigate his newfound stardom.”

Julianne Nicholson, Dylan Baker, Kate Berlant, Michael Cera, Dylan Gelula and Tim Meadows also star in Dream Scenario. Ari Aster is also attached as producer and from the description it sounds like things will get dark!
