Lionsgate is wasting no time and as they should on getting more Saw films out. The success of Saw X and the seemingly revitalization of the franchise went well this year. Saw X seemingly has brought the franchise and people are ready for more games. Luckily Lionsgate isn’t playing around and is giving us a new Saw film next fall.

The announcement came today through Instagram as they shared the release date of September 27, 2024. This of course is on par with the release date of Saw X which also premiered at Fantastic Fest. I’m curious if Saw X might be a Fantastic Fest title as well. Saw X was an amazing experience at the festival I would be surprised if it wasn’t. We are definitely excited to see what happens next in the franchise.
