The popular Squid Game show took the world by storm when it released a couple years ago. It even spawned a reality tv show based on the games in the show. The fans have been waiting to hear where the story was going next and today they got an answer. Squid Game season 2 has finally received its first teaser and the show looks to pick up right where it left.

Netflix announced last year that Season 1 stars Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Wi Ha-jun, and Gong Yoo would all return for Season 2, as well as confirmation that cast members joining the next season include Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Park Sung-hoon, and Yang Dong-geun.

We don’t have an exact date yet of the release date, but we might expect it sometime around the summer or September like Season 1. There are no plot details either or a full trailer, but we can expect that soon. Netflix likes to hold their own events to showcase their shows and Squid Game is probably at the top of their list for 2024.
