Caitlin Cronenberg is making her directorial debut with the upcoming film Humane, and we have a video you can check out that goes over everything we know so far about the film.

The film which is set in the not-so-distant future as “a dystopian satire taking place over a single day, months after a global ecological collapse has forced world leaders to take extreme measures to reduce the earth’s population.”

The film stars Jay Baruchel, Emily Hampshire, Peter Gallagher, Sebastian Chacon, Alanna Bale, and Sirena Gulamgaus.

Humane will first be arriving in theaters courtesy of IFC Films on April 26, 2024. The film later comes home to Shudder July 26.
