Christopher Smith is remaking his 2004 film, Creep. It’s titled The Creep, and Deadline reports that Shudder has acquired North American rights to the film.

Jasmine Jobson (Top Boy) stars in Christopher Smith’s remake as Chloe, a struggling artist forced to return to her criminal past.

Deadline details, “Andy Nyman(Wicked) is Dave, a captive who is well-versed in Creep’s nefarious behaviour. UK rapper Aitch also joins the cast in his acting debut as Natter G, a famous rapper with a sharp wit and natural survival instincts.”

Deadline further details, “Set in London’s iconic shadowy underground, the malevolent figure of Creep unleashes fresh terror on unsuspecting tube passengers and Londoners.”

A 2026 release is planned for The Creep.
